NOEM LTD (North Oxfordshire Energy Management) was founded by Daniel and James to fill a critical gap in the UK solar market. While domestic installers handle small-scale housing, and national brokers sub-contract massive infrastructure projects, regional commercial entities and farms were left underserved.
We position ourselves as premium, local contractors. We do not employ sales reps or sub-contract our site managers. When you request a survey, the co-founders are on-site; when your system is commissioned, we are physically on your roofs.
We believe this direct, technical accountability delivers fundamentally better system performance and secured 25-year lifetimes.

James handles client relations, surveys, and system payback modelling. As a qualified installer, he ensures that system sizing estimates perfectly reflect on-site structural and energy demand limits.
