This project involved a large-scale commercial installation for a leading logistics and distribution warehouse located in Oxfordshire. The client's massive flat roof area offered an ideal footprint for high-density solar integration, targeting baseline refrigeration and 24/7 lighting operations.
Our team handled the structural roofing assessment, grid connection permissions (G99 process), and custom flat-roof ballasted system layout to ensure zero roof penetrations. The final design integrates 355 high-output panels configured to optimize generation throughout all seasons.
In addition to saving nearly £20,000 per year on electricity bills, the system helps the client meet strict ESG compliance and sustainability targets for corporate reporting.
